All of these products are made especially for Brookside and carry the same high quality standards that we demand in all of our products. You will find items to satisfy everyone, and will stimulate your imagination for new recipes and uses. Many of them contain the famous Vidalia onion that can be used in dips, sauces, and salads.

Creamy Vidalia Onion Dressing - sweet Vidalia onions are blended in a creamy sauce to make this dressing a welcome addition to any meal. Great as a dip for fresh vegetables!
Vidalia Onion Sweet Pepper Vinaigrette - Vidalia onions and sweet red peppers compliment each other in this versatile vinaigrette. Excellent as a marinade for chicken! NO FAT. NO CHOLESTEROL.
Apple Butter - made with NO SUGAR. This mouth watering spread is perfect on hot biscuits or English muffins.
